Then you create a new campaign and make the appropriate settings. This is also where you link the newly created target group to the campaign. The recipient data is transferred to Inxmail.
The mailings are created and edited in Inxmail New Xperience. This is done without changing programs via the SAP Sales Cloud interface. To personalize your mailings, you can use placeholders to retrieve customer information from the SAP Sales Cloud. When the mailings are sent, the recipient profile data is populated with information from the SAP Sales Cloud via the integration.
